About Us

Arpana Rayamajhi

Jewelry Designer & Creative Director | New York, NY

I started making jewelry in 2015 when I was an art student using beads and other eclectic objects that were at my disposal. Necessity and the drive to work in the creative world would inspire me to figure out my own language and taste around jewelry.  Through the process, I would see jewelry not just as a means of ornamentation but also in an anthropological way, how it spoke about history and identity as an individual, group or humanity as a whole. Jewelry was a way for me to connect to myself and my home, Nepal.

Through my jewelry I was able to share a little bit about the arts back home. But it was my dream to share with the world that Nepal is home to some of the best crafts people and artists in the world. Our long history of jewelry, sculpture and architecture, our rich history has been something I have always wanted to share with a larger audience. With the help of Shradha and now our master artisan Chudamani, I am able to live my dreams of showcasing this after a few years of hiatus. Building this brand ground up, has been challenging but more than that extremely rewarding. This is our labor of love and also an ode to our unique contribution to the atlas of jewels the world has to offer.
