Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. No Return No Refund.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed and processed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with clear photos of the item. In most cases, a return will be required. If necessary, we will provide a return shipping label, and once the carrier confirms the return, we will promptly send a replacement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective or not as described please contact us within 7 days of product delivery:

Once returned and reviewed, we’ll generate a new order request and start production if not in stock.
As soon as order is ready and tracking is confirmed, we’ll ship out a replacement.
Cancellations
We usually begin processing orders immediately after they’re placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us right away — we’ll try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
Important Notes
Change of Mind: Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
Natural Variations: Each piece is handmade, and color or texture may vary slightly from photos. This uniqueness is part of its charm.
Refund Timing (If Applicable): Approved refunds (for rare cases like defectives) may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account after inspection.
