We usually begin processing orders immediately after they’re placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us right away — we’ll try to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Change of Mind: Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

Refund Timing (If Applicable): Approved refunds (for rare cases like defectives) may take up to 10 - 14 business days to appear in your account after inspection.
