All of our jewelry is handmade using 925 sterling silver. Slight variations in color, texture, or stone placement are normal due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display is fully precise.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Prices may change without notice.

4. Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are handmade in Nepal and prepared specifically for you.
Production and logistics typically take 20–25 days before the item is ready to ship.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the production timeline and understand that delays may occur due to the handmade process.

5. Shipping

All items ship from Fort Worth, Texas, USA, using trusted carriers.
Standard delivery time is typically 5–7 business days after shipping.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.

Once the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
If a return is necessary, we will provide a return shipping label. A replacement will be sent once we receive the returned item or confirm the issue.

We do not offer refunds on defective items — replacements only.

7. No Custom Orders

All jewelry is made exactly as designed.
We do not offer customizations, alterations, or personalized changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, product descriptions, designs, and content on this website belong to our brand.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Customs delays
